Is there internet access?

• Yes, all of the chalets have high speed broadband wireless internet access.

Are we able to make long distance calls?

• Yes, all of our chalets have free nationwide long distance calling, including Canada and are 911 compliant.

Are your chalets available in winter?

• Yes, our chalets are available all year. 

Are there group accommodations?

• Yes, each chalet sleeps 6 comfortably and are situated to accommodate groups.

What about special group rates?

Can we bring our pets with us?

• We do not allow pets in our chalets?

Do your chalets have hot tubs??

• Currently The Rose Cottage has a hot tub, our other chalets will have hot tubs soon..

Is trolley service available?

• The nearest trolley pickup area is on Wears Valley Road approximately 300 yards from the chalets.

Are there seasonal rates?

• Yes, to view rates visit the Chalet Rentals page and choose the chalet of interest.

Is cable TV available?

• All chalets have cable television with the most popular movies, weather and sports.
